Bruno's Restaurant - Santa Rosa

Bruno’s Restaurant on 4th Street in Santa Rosa is a quaint little place that serves up some amazing food. And what’s best, you can bring your preschooler along to enjoy some of his/her favorites as well. With a rotating menu for both adults and children, there’s always something new. And, the prices are great!

When you arrive and are seated, your server will bring out the menus – a wonderful list of food for the adults and a fun little clip board along with a pack of Wikki Stix for your preschooler. With burgers, salmon, chicken strips and more, your preschooler will find something to please him/her. And if not, there is always Mac & Cheese on the regular menu!

After ordering, your preschooler will receive a small dish of thinly sliced apples, carrot sticks, cheese and crackers to hold him/her over until the food arrives. Munching on these healthy choices instead of plain old bread and butter is a wonderful change and with the Wikki Stix keeping him busy, you and your spouse can have a grown up conversation, maybe even enjoy a glass of wine!

Benefits to Preschoolers

Good food and a little fun make for a comfortable environment for preschoolers. And because they serve brunch, lunch and dinner, you can choose the time of day when your child will most likely “behave.” And the prices are more than reasonable. One more thing, try to get a window seat. If your preschooler gets tired, he/she could even lay down!

Disadvantages to Preschoolers

It’s a small place. If your preschooler is prone to acting up during dinner, it will definitely be noticed by the other patrons of the restaurant. If this is the case, a lunch visit may be more appropriate than dinner.
