Bears, Buddies and Toys - Rohnert Park

A new place has opened recently in Rohnert Park that offers birthday party packages that cover all of the current party themes popular with preschoolers. Bears, Buddies, and Toys calls itself a children’s boutique and party place for children. With everything from stuff a bear parties, to “new born” doll adoption, it is definitely a place to check out with your preschooler.

What To Expect

When you walk in, you will immediately notice that this is no small time business. With it’s high ceilings and elaborate décor it will surprise you that a place like this exists in Rohnert Park. To the left is a mock “salon” for diva dress up parties, to the right is the “new born hospital” for dolls to adopt, straight ahead is the castle for princess parties and to the far right is a pirate ship!

But wait there’s more! Toward the back is an area for making stuffed animals, the walls are lined with costumes for the various party themes, and there are children’s clothes and toys for sale as well.

Party Packages

All party prices are for 8 guests and include a hostess, invitations, thank you notes, a wish list, balloon bouquet, party activities, goody bags and a group photo. They also provide paper plates, cups, napkins and they take care of clean up. You have to bring the food and drinks.

Stuff an Animal Party
$275 plus $25 each additional guest
Participants will choose an animal to stuff and take home. The guest of honor receives a free outfit for their new buddy. Custom options for stuff an animal party: Outfits $10, Shoes $7, Sounds $3.50

Theme Dress Up and Stuff an Animal Party
$325 plus $30 each additional guest
Each participant receives theme dress up and an animal to stuff and take home. The guest of honor receives a free outfit for their new buddy

Glam Girl and Gift Party
$350 plus $30 each additional guest
Each participant dresses up in Glam Girl or Groovy Girl attire and participates in the making and taking home of spa/body products. The guest of honor receives a special gift

The Crown Jewel Party
$395 plus $35 each additional guest
Each participant receives theme dress up, stuff an animal, a free outfit for their new buddy and additional gifts.

Benefits to Preschoolers

Basically FUN FUN FUN! If your preschooler has a party here, it will be an event they will not soon forget. Another benefit is that if you are attending a princess party and you are a boy, there are knight costumes so you can enjoy yourself as well (and vise versa for the pirate party).

Disadvantages

Well, the price is the hardest thing to swallow. With packages ranging from $275 to $400 it is definitely pricy. But, if you consider all that is included, it may be worth it, especially if it is a milestone birthday.
