Kids Summer Movie Series
Have you always wanted to take your preschooler to the movies but have been worried about disturbing other movie goers or wasting your money if they can’t sit through the whole show? Well, North American Cinemas (3rd Street Cinemas, Airport Cinemas) is once again offering a Kid’s Summer Movie Series that allows you to share the fun and excitement of going to the movies without all the worry. Offering age appropriate movies at $3 per ticket makes it a great deal for a “test run.”

Mini Golf - Maxwell Fun Center, Sonoma
Maxwell Fun Center on the Sonoma Highway is a bit hard to find. You won’t see it from the road and the sign is pretty inconspicuous. But, once you find it, it may just become a favorite little hideaway for your preschooler. Boasting an 18 hole mini golf course, a small arcade with prizes, and snacks to keep you happy, this little gem is the perfect place to introduce your preschooler to min golf, an activity that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Fishing at Lake Ralphine
Lake Ralphine in Santa Rosa is a wonderful place to teach your preschooler how to fish. It is conveniently located and is stocked with trout, bluegill, catfish and bass. You can fish off the shore, various docks, the dam or even from a boat! Just don’t forget, all California Department of Fish and Game regulations apply.
